ForTotalRecall Pty Ltd is the developer of the Smart Photo Service Customer app. This document informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we may receive from users of the app and associated cloud services.

PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED

When a Smart Photo Service account is generated we collect the following personal information:

⦁ likely first language.

⦁ email address or smart phone number.

⦁ moniker used.

⦁ account subscription, which indicates age range (junior/senior).

We DO NOT collect, store or use any personal information when you download or upgrade our apps.

When you use our apps you may supply personal information in the form of a self portrait via the host smart phone's camera.

REASONABLE STEPS TO PROTECT THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED OR HELD

The steps we have taken include:

⦁ limiting the personal information collected to the absolute minimum and excludes full name, home address or any financial information.

⦁ conducted a comprehensive assessment of all vulnerabilities we can think of.

⦁ used secure communications wherever possible.

⦁ used appropriately sub-setted credentials for all cloud services used and ensured these credentials, if discovered, could not be used to mount a data attack.

⦁ used data encryption and code obscuring technologies where appropriate.

REASONABLE STEPS TO ENSURE PERSONAL INFORMATION IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE AND UP TO DATE

All customer information is either supplied by a third party ticketing system (a system separate to the Smart Photo Service system) or customer themselves.

GIVE INDIVIDUALS ACCESS TO THEIR PERSONAL INFORMATION ON REQUEST

Customer can gain access to their personal information, comprising:

⦁ last self portrait.

⦁ likely first language.

⦁ email address or smart phone number.

⦁ moniker used.

⦁ account subscription, which indicates age range (junior/senior).

By sending a request, including their GoApe Smart Photo Service account number (similar to 00a978f7-7c42-4a26-aa38-59c3e3de1291), to us by email at goapecustomer@gmail.com.

CORRECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will correct customer information if we become aware it is in any way deficient.

We consider the likelihood of customer information being deficient to be extremely low as it is minimal and customer information is ultimately supplied by customer themselves.

ONLY COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION IF IT IS NECESSARY FOR THE FUNCTION OR ACTIVITY OF OUR BUSINESS

DELETION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

All photos and videos automatically taken of customers in a GoApe park by the Smart Photo Service are spontaneously deleted after four months (124 days). All other customer information such as that related to accounts are spontaneously deleted after 12 months (365 days).

DO NOT DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR A PURPOSE DIFFERENT FROM THE ORIGINAL PURPOSE OF COLLECTION

This fully complied with.

PRIOR CONSENT OF INDIVIDUAL TO COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

All customer information is ultimately supplied by customers themselves so we believe consent is implied.

MUST NOT USE OR DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR A DIRECT MARKETING PURPOSE

LOG DATA

Like many app developers, we collect information that your device sends whenever you use our apps ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, the time and date of your use, the time spent on the app and other statistics.

In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze these data.

LOCATION DATA

Our GoApe Smart Photo Service customer apps do not collect location data.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

ForTotalRecall Pty Ltd will occasionally update this privacy statement. When we do so, we will also revise the "last modified" date of this document.

Your continued use of the apps after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
